Happy Healthy Feet Program
A 4-week program to educate on corrective self-reliance practices designed by a podiatrist and corrective movement specialists, to improve the health and longevity of your feet and legs. This program is designed to create healthy strong feet and legs by specific and tailored education on foot-to-body alignment. It involves a 1-hour group session per week, over four weeks, teaching corrective exercises. This program is taught in small a group setting only.
The results are walking…walking well…and walking for longer.
