Walk This Way Program
A 6-week program designed to teach correct body alignment, balance your gait, and improve and strengthen how you walk. This program include taking various walks on different terrains at beautiful locations around the Central Coast. The program can provide healthier feet and legs through specific and tailored education on foot-to-body alignment. This can result in a stronger and balanced gait, an enhanced confidence in your ability move and how to walk with correct body mechanics.
It involves a 1-hour group session per week, over six weeks, teaching corrective exercises. This program is taught in a small group setting only.
